My issue was streamlined and efficiently dealt with very quickly, from start to finish. Engineer came the same day I contacted NAC ( faulty dishwasher), He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part ( faulty pump) and it arrived within a few days. Issue solved very efficiently. Engineer Greg was very friendly and professional - taking the time to explain everything clearly and giving options. The whole process from initial phone call to arranging an engineer found staff were pleasant & professional, communication was excellent with regular updates on date & time & suitability with option to confirm or rearrange..engineer Greig Steadman was very professional and was more than happy to answer any questions or advice on the issue i had with my washing machine..and useful advice I wasn't aware of regarding the make of my machine..the problem was located and part required which was ordered that day and fitted few days later. Area was left clean & tidy. Payment was very straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NAC and would have no hesitation in using them again for any of my other appliances
